BreathAerobics© WORKSHOPS

Free your breath -----Find YOUR Voice!

BreathAerobics© are calisthenics for breathing coordination! Most voice problems are breath related. Even if the singer/performer takes a good breath often it can't be used! The simple and effective exercises used in BreathAerobics© teach singers and other voice professionals (actors, teachers, public speakers, attorneys) how to free their breath to allow their voice optimal free phonation. Using BreathAerobics© helps you Empower YOUR Performance. You get a specific method to use every time you need to make sound. You know what to look for in YOUR body to release the sound you want your audience to receive.

BreathAerobics© Workshops are a solution to solve problems faced by performers. As an example, music directors often come from an instrumental or keyboard background. The music director knows what musical effect is desired but having never trained as a singer, does not know how to release sound well or explain in a way that can be translated to the singer's body. Using BreathAerobics©, voice production problems can be minimized of eliminated by breath exercises custom designed for successful performance of the song.

BreathAerobics© helps performers:

  • greatly improve vocal power and range
  • minimize vocal strain and tension
  • build coordination between rhythm and breath
  • develop a practical vocal warm-up
  • apply instrumental musical concepts to the release of body energy
  • improve musicality
  • begin to apply flow breathing concepts to a musical program

As an added perk, BreathAerobics© are healthy for the organs in the body cavity. Your organs are massaged while you produce better supported sound!

Custom designed BreathAerobics© workshops are offered in one or two day workshop format. Longer courses are available on request. Pricing varies according to program design.
